Dear SMPS Tampa Bay Members,
As we close out a vibrant and productive November, I’m excited to share updates on recent activities and what’s ahead in the coming months. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed quality time with loved ones.
Support for Nikki Alvarado and Her Family After Hurricane Milton
Thank you to everyone who generously donated to support our Board of Directors member, Nikki Alvarado, and her family after they were impacted by Hurricane Milton. Together, we raised $1,790, which will provide critical assistance as they rebuild during this challenging time.
In addition, we’re sharing resources through the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA) for local contractors and subcontractors to assist anyone in the community needing help with repairs or reconstruction.

Join CREW Tampa Bay, AIA Tampa Bay, SMPS Tampa Bay, and the Tampa Bay Retail Alliance for a thrilling evening of networking and hockey! Enjoy food and drinks on the Budweiser Biergarten from 5-7 PM before cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning. There’s still time to register!

Annual Transportation Program – February 2025
Mark your calendars for our Annual Transportation Event on February 20th. This year’s theme will focus on airport infrastructure and aviation trends, offering valuable insights and engaging discussions you won’t want to miss. Stay tuned as a save the date announcement will be sent out soon!
Upcoming Member Survey: Share Your Feedback!
We’re excited to announce that a survey will be sent out this month to gather feedback from all members. This is your opportunity to help shape our upcoming educational events and ensure they meet the needs of our members at all levels.
